As an Account Coordinator, you will support the client management team by keeping track of tasks, gathering data and information, updating account details and organizing all the necessary communication to keep your internal and external clients in-the-know. This position is a great step toward an Account Manager or Account Director role where you would eventually take on a portfolio of your own clients.

Responsibilities

Account Coordinators are responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks for their given client accounts. Tasks may include:
  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day management of accounts, including project management, reporting and documentation
  • Request updated data files from clients
  • Update accounting details to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Assign tasks to specialist team members
  • Schedule meetings
  • Answer basic customer service questions
  • Deliver presentations and/or reporting to clients by email
  • Take call notes and actions during internal and external meetings
  • Become an expert in Talentcare solutions, systems and processes
  • Educate, train and support Talentcare clients

Skills & Qualifications

Account Coordinator Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the desire to jump in and learn new things
  • Efficient with your time and task management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
