Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of a B2B Sales Coordinator
You might perform functions in any of the following areas on a day-to-day basis:

Sales Operations:
  • Scheduling external client meetings
  • Managing client communications
  • Transcribing notes and action steps in external and internal meetings
  • Maintaining an updated CRM (Hubspot)
  • Communicating account updates to the broader team
  • Drafting collateral like pitch decks and proposals
  • Coordinating internal meetings
  • Researching new opportunities
  • Communicating client needs
Special Projects:
  • Industry & opportunity research
  • Developing collateral and case studies
  • Implementing new processes

Skills & Qualifications

B2B Sales Coordinator Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in sales is required
  • Conceptual understanding of recruiting functions and HR technology is a strong plus!
