Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of a B2B Sales CoordinatorYou might perform functions in any of the following areas on a day-to-day basis:
Sales Operations:
- Scheduling external client meetings
- Managing client communications
- Transcribing notes and action steps in external and internal meetings
- Maintaining an updated CRM (Hubspot)
- Communicating account updates to the broader team
- Drafting collateral like pitch decks and proposals
- Coordinating internal meetings
- Researching new opportunities
- Communicating client needs
- Industry & opportunity research
- Developing collateral and case studies
- Implementing new processes
Skills & Qualifications
B2B Sales Coordinator Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in sales is required
- Conceptual understanding of recruiting functions and HR technology is a strong plus!
