 Executive Client Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor to ABA client executives (CEOs, COOs, Chief People
Officers, Chief Clinical Officers), aligning recruitment and recruitment and retention
strategies to their operational, clinical, strategic, and expansion goals.

Talent Strategy & Recruitment Solutions Deliver consultative guidance on how to best leverage our suite of talent offerings—
including employer branding, frontline role recruiting, applicant tracking system
(ATS) and data & analysis.

Retention Strategy & Best Practice Advisory Act as a thought partner on employee retention strategies, bringing ABA-specific
expertise to address turnover, burnout, and workforce engagement. Provide insight
into retention benchmarks, career pathing, incentive structures, and culture-
building initiatives that support long-term talent sustainability.

 Client Portfolio Management Oversee an industry-leading portfolio of ABA clients. Using the company’s data
analytics platform (Tableau), analyze results, create projections, and recommend
best practices. Lead quarterly business reviews, performance reporting, and long-
term planning discussions. Ensure delivery quality, renewal success, and client
satisfaction.

Industry Thought Leadership Stay ahead of ABA industry trends, labor market shifts, and regulatory changes. Use
your insight to educate clients and shape our internal strategy, tools, and
messaging. Represent the company at key conferences, roundtables, and market
forums to build brand equity and market relationships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with recruitment delivery teams, product, marketing, and

Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in operations, recruitment and retention solutions, or enterprise account leadership—with at least 5 years supporting the ABA health
space.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and trust with C-suite stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of ABA workforce dynamics—credentialing requirements, hiring challenges, regulatory pressures, and retention issues.
