As the Director of Client Services & Employer Brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ employer brands, optimizing recruitment strategies, and enhancing their ability to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with experience in Employer Brand development and execution, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), understanding job boards and successful outcomes, and possess a data-driven mindset. This role requires a balance of analytical expertise, client-facing communication skills, and creative problem-solving to deliver impactful employer branding solutions. You’ll serve as the functional lead for employer brand, career site performance, and reputation management optimization, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact. You’ll also develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), to provide insights that inform strategy and performance.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing career site effectiveness, employer brand consistency, and client satisfaction. Conducting SWOT analyses, implementing best practices, and spearheading reputation management will be key to your role, as will serving as the executive lead for non-recruiting clients.

Responsibilities
- Functional lead for all client’s Employer Brand, Career Site & Reputation Management performance and optimization
- Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs
- Oversee career site performance, employer brand alignment, and client satisfaction
- Create compelling decks that clearly communicate insights and results
- Conduct SWOT analyses, apply best practices, and lead reputation management
- Researching, managing and procuring new job board relationships in coordination with the delivery team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Act as executive lead over all non-recruiting client delivery
Skills & Qualifications
- 4-6 years in client services, employer branding, or applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and career site solutions
- Deep understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems and their role in modern recruitment
- Expertise in evaluating and utilizing job boards and advertising platforms for optimal recruitment outcomes
- Strong client service skills and experience with project management
- Passionate about the power of data & analytics to drive results
- Remote position with up to 20% travel
