Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop front-end interfaces using React.js and manage application state. 
  • Build high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using React, Java, and MySQL. 
  • Collaborate and assist with Product Management. 
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to optimize software quality, delivery speed, and system reliability. 
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards in software development. 

Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. 
  • Expertise in React.js and proficiency using and developing front-end applications. 
  • Ability to develop front-end UI/UX from Figma designs and mockups. 
  • In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS while using Tailwind CSS.
  • Proven experience in the development of large-scale, distributed systems and high-traffic applications. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to drive technical strategy and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and MySQL environment. 
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (AWS CDK). 
  • Ability to create responsive designs and interactive elements using Figma. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

  • Serve as executive sponsor across a portfolio of top Home Health, Home Care, and Hospice clients—advising C-suite leaders on a broad set of industry topics, including recruiting and retention of staff.
