Recruiting Coordinator Job Responsibilities

  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications
  • Help candidates understand how to complete the application process and encourage them to do so quickly
  • Screen applicants and present the best quality and fit to our clients
  • Schedule interviews with candidates on client behalf
  • Communicate comfortably with clients as needed
  • Communicate comfortably with candidates via e-mail and text message and calls with provided online tools

  • Comfortable with technology

Responsibilities

  • Research companies and industries to identify opportunities and craft personalized outreach campaigns
  • Conduct daily outreach to C-suite executives, focusing on CEOs and COOs, across diverse industries
  • Develop and execute targeted communication strategies to capture attention and secure meetings.
  • Communicate effectively in a way that resonates with top executives, driving meaningful conversations about recruiting challenges.
  • Schedule second-call appointments between prospective executives and Talentcare’s Sales Leadership and Executive Team, ensuring a smooth handoff.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of proven success in engaging C-suite executives through outreach campaigns possibly in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) type position  
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred  
  • Strong ability to adapt communication styles to resonate with senior leaders. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • A high-energy, resilient, and results-driven personality. 
  • Experience in industries such as executive search or private equity firms preferred. 
  • Track record of success in sales, business development, or similar roles requiring direct interaction with top-level decision-makers.
