Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, maintaining open and proactive communication.
- Educate hiring managers on recruitment processes, timelines, and best practices to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Address and resolve concerns promptly, escalating when necessary to maintain strong client satisfaction.
Candidate Pipeline Oversight
- Oversee candidate pipelines for assigned clients, ensuring smooth and timely progression through the recruitment process.
- Review job descriptions, screening questions, and application materials to maintain quality and alignment with client needs.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to both clients and candidates to enhance the hiring experience.
Collaboration and Process Improvement
- Partner with Recruitment Coordinators (RCs) to optimize candidate screening, scheduling, and follow-up processes.
- Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and hiring manager satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Suggest and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and candidate quality.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, particularly in client-facing roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust and rapport.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, capable of using data to inform decisions and drive results.
- Adaptability to work with diverse personality styles and unique hiring needs.
- Must currently live in Texas or Oklahoma.
