Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, maintaining open and proactive communication.
  • Educate hiring managers on recruitment processes, timelines, and best practices to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve concerns promptly, escalating when necessary to maintain strong client satisfaction.

Candidate Pipeline Oversight

  • Oversee candidate pipelines for assigned clients, ensuring smooth and timely progression through the recruitment process.
  • Review job descriptions, screening questions, and application materials to maintain quality and alignment with client needs.
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to both clients and candidates to enhance the hiring experience.

Collaboration and Process Improvement

  • Partner with Recruitment Coordinators (RCs) to optimize candidate screening, scheduling, and follow-up processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and hiring manager satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Suggest and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and candidate quality.
