Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Drive the strategic vision and execution of all talent acquisition operations, with a strong emphasis on high-volume recruiting with a focus on ongoing performance optimization.

    • Oversee the deployment, design, and continuous optimization of client career sites, employer brand, and reputation management to maximize candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion.
    • Collaborate with UX, brand, and engineering teams to ensure site performance and user experience are best-in-class.

Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce solutions, or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success managing high-volume recruiting operations of frontline roles, preferably across multiple clients or subsidiary brands.
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics, as well as other digital marketing and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong command of data storytelling and insight generation with tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, particularly in presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the talent lifecycle, employer branding, and digital candidate experience.
