This is a full time position; Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM!

Recruiting Coordinator Job Responsibilities

  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications
  • Help candidates understand how to complete the application process and encourage them to do so quickly
  • Screen applicants and present the best quality and fit to our clients
  • Communicate comfortably with clients as needed
  • Communicate comfortably with candidates via e-mail and text message with provided online tools

Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications

  • Comfortable with technology
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Prior experience in staffing / recruiting / human resources
