Chief of Staff Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Act as the right-hand to the Talentcare CEO, taking the lead on company-wide initiatives
  • Coordinate all sales-related activities for the CEO including readiness for every call, calendar management, and contract management
  • Manage external partnerships through consistent communication, meetings, and follow-up tasks.
  • Learn everything about our CRM platform, Pipedrive, and manage reports that guide decisions about future sales and marketing investments
  • Conduct relevant research as input to the go-to-market strategy
  • Review sales proposals and contracts; manage the process through to completion
  • Ensure internal staff and management are maintaining effective prioritization of projects and current deliverables.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings among multiple internal and external executives
  • Work with the other team members to prioritize the CEO's time
Chief of Staff Job Qualification Include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required and MBA preferred (in Business or equivalent/related discipline e.g. Technology Commercialization, Marketing, Information Technology, Finance)
  • At least five years of professional experience in management consulting or strategic business development (technology sector preferred)
  • Proven experience organizing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Six Sigma certification, or equivalent process improvement training, is an asset
  • Excellent project management skills and ease in learning new technologies
  • Proficiency using analytical tools e.g. MS Excel or Tableau
  • Location in Austin is a plus, making it easier to participate in working sessions
