We're looking for a Full-Time Fully Remote Hiring Manager Liaison/Client Advisor to serve as the primary strategic partner to hiring managers across assigned client accounts. Responsibilities
- Build positive working relationships with hiring managers.
- Help hiring managers use Talentcare’s hiring process, technology, and tools.
- Meet regularly with clients to discuss hiring needs, progress, and next steps.
- Share helpful guidance about candidates, local hiring conditions, and recruiting best practices.
- Follow up on interviews, candidate feedback, offers, and other hiring decisions.
- Help ensure job openings and hiring requirements are accurate and up to date.
- Review candidates and determine who should move forward in the hiring process.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate client and candidate support.
- Use reports and hiring data to identify roles or locations that may need additional attention.
- Communicate potential concerns or changes in hiring needs to the appropriate team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable leading video meetings and discussing hiring needs with clients.
- Able to provide feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and work through challenges professionally.
- Comfortable using basic recruiting data to identify trends and recommend next steps.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable learning new technology, including AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Able to attend two in-person company meetings each year. Some additional travel may be required based on business needs but will be less than 25%.
