Client Success Manager Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding their recruiting needs
  • Ensure forecasts and candidate activities are kept up-to-date, by coaching clients on how to update the system or, occasionally, helping make the updates for busy hiring managers
  • Support the successful sourcing and processing of applicants by clearly communicating client needs and coordinating with internal team members
  • Attend regularly scheduled calls with hiring managers
  • Distribute, attend or present training materials to new hiring managers as needed
  • Open and edit jobs and job templates, pre-screening questionnaires and other details on behalf of clients
  • Assist in preparation for monthly Executive Review meetings

Skills & Qualifications

Client Success Manager Qualifications
  • One to four years of experience in a recruiting department or agency
  • Technology-savvy and able to work within company-provided applications
  • Communicative, adaptable and positive demeanor
  • Ability to review reports and understand data so that you can identify opportunities for client process improvement
  • Self-motivated and driven to be productive in a work-from-home environment
