As the Director of Client Services, you will take charge of project-managing onboarding and delivering tailored client solutions across all client tiers. You’ll serve as the functional lead for employer brand, career site performance, and reputation management optimization, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact. You’ll also develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), crafting actionable dashboards in Tableau to provide insights that inform strategy and performance.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing career site effectiveness, employer brand consistency, and client satisfaction. Conducting SWOT analyses, implementing best practices, and spearheading reputation management will be key to your role, as will serving as the executive lead for Foundation & Front-End Client delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage onboarding and client solutions for all client's levels 
  • Functional lead for all client’s employer Brand, Career Site & Reputation Management performance and optimization  
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs, creating actionable dashboards in Tableau 
  • Oversee career site performance, employer brand alignment, and client satisfaction 
  • Conduct SWOT analyses, apply best practices, and lead reputation management 
  • Researching, managing and procuring new job board relationships in coordination the delivery team.
  • Act as executive lead over all Foundation & Front-End Client delivery  

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-6 years in client services, project management, or employer branding 
  • Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, and career site solutions 
  • Strong client service skills and experience with project management 
  • Passionate about the power of data & analytics to drive results
  • Remote position with up to 35% travel
