Employer Brand Specialist job responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with clients regarding brand development projects and recruitment marketing & advertising needs, providing key recommendations and advising of pending actions
  • Direct the efforts of all recruitment marketing & advertising team members, including employment brand development projects, career site development, reputation management, ad management, copywriting and others
  • Prepare and analyze data and reports regarding the performance of all assets and efforts used in any client relationship to generate candidate traffic flow
  • Prepare and present regular status updates to clients
  • Document processes and otherwise ensure department is fully prepared for scalable growth
  • Skill development, training and mentorship for team members

Employer Brand Specialist job Qualifications include:
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience  
  • Advanced understanding of marketing analytics and best practice, and the ability to tie those to business metrics/ KPIs
  • Ability to train, lead and guide a team of marketing and creative professionals in development, graphic design, copywriting, brand development and similar areas
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability guide service refinement when needed
  • Ability to stay organized while balancing a high volume of requests and a variety of team activities
  • Ability to work independently, with little oversight, but with accountability to executive management
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to garner buy-in from project stakeholders with a broad variety of interests and desired outcomes
