Full Desk Recruiter job responsibilities include:
  • Reach out to clients in order to understand needs on existing job orders
  • Maintain daily communication regarding the needs, expectations and performance objectives of clients
  • Work with your team to get creative on sourcing - using social media, alternate job titles and other interesting ways to find great candidates
  • Evaluate candidate pre-screening questionnaires, résumés and personality assessments against position requirements
  • Help hiring managers learn best practices to improve their recruiting outcomes
