Integration Manager Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, documentation, testing and delivery process for integration solutions, ensuring a seamless delivery and ongoing support
  • Manage the delivery of integrated systems, including standard and non-standard projects
  • Assist clients with various ATS, HRIS, background check and job board integration projects
  • Bridge the gap between client-facing and technical teams to ensure integration solutions fully meet the business requirements
  • Edit integration configurations and testing on both Staging and Production
  • Gather and document technical specifications, available workflows and related details from integration partner(s)

Skills & Qualifications

Integration Manager Qualifications
  • 4+ years in the HR technology space, including ATS, HRIS or similar platforms, in a variety of modules and configurations
  • Avanced organizational and project management skills, including client-facing communications
  • Ability to use one or more mark-up languages, such as XML, HTML, CSS
  • SQL/ RDBMS skills
  • REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML and other proficiencies with web service technologies
  • Experience with Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, ADP, Oracle or similar vendors
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
