This role will focus on recruiting Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) for IV Therapy and Wellness Clinics across California. Contract Details
  • Type: Contract with potential to transition to permanent hire
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly or weekly rate (DOE), with conversion option after evaluation period
  • Schedule: Full-time with responsiveness to candidate/hiring manager needs
  • Location: Remote; California experience and knowledge of state-specific hiring practices required

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and Video Screening recruiting for RNs in IV therapy and wellness clinic settings
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social platforms, direct outreach, and referrals
  • Highlight roles to nurses with experience in ER, ICU, Cath Lab, Infusion Centers, and other high-acuity specialties that translate well to IV therapy
  • Ensure compliance with California-specific licensure, credentialing, and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain pipelines of nurses interested in wellness/alternative care settings
  • Partner closely with clinic managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Track candidate activity, pipeline health, and recruitment progress in ATS/CRM systems
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience and effectively promote the organization’s mission and culture

Skills & Qualifications

  • Required: 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, ideally with RNs in outpatient, infusion, or wellness-related environments
  • Strong knowledge of California nurse licensing, compliance, and labor regulations
  • Experience hiring for specialty backgrounds (ER, ICU, Cath Lab, Infusion, GI, Labor & Delivery) preferred
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to deliver results in a remote contract role
