Marketing Specialist job responsibilities include:
  • Create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns
  • Oversee and contribute to the full production of campaign content
  • Collaborate with employees, contractors, agencies, and vendors
  • Track campaign success through to revenue generation
  • Implement processes and technologies that support campaign execution
  • Market through various channels and segment databases, working with large data sets
  • Marketing business development proposals; recommend marketing tactics
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights
  • Create content that converts and speaks to our target audience
Marketing Specialist required skills & qualifications include:
  • Four-year or advanced degree - prefer marketing, advertising or business administration
  • At least two years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience building email campaigns, preferably using MailChimp
  • Digital knowledge, especially of website conversion theories and SEO/SEM
  • Proven track record for tying marketing efforts to business results
  • Creative writing skills with an eye for great emails and landing pages
  • Strong project management skills and problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Must be willing to travel if/when necessary
