SaaS Implementation Specialist Job Responsibilities

  • Train new clients on the essentials of systems to get them started on implementations.
  • Handle client requests for our “Core” customers from different channels via phone and email.
  • Help customers with support needs, guidance on functionality, configuration, and flow recommendations to support their business use case, and general technical questions when necessary.
  • Identify problems and suggest viable solutions with clients and offer customized plans to provide “white-glove follow up” for larger, high risk clients.
  • Play a critical role in identifying churn trends and show month over month improvement in client retention rates.
  • Re-onboard and manage clients until they are successfully re-engaged.
  • Follow up on actions from other team members as needed to communicate back to the client about resolution.
  • Maintain standards for response times and communication.
  • Notify leadership of patterns in client inquiries so training can be improved, or technology development can be planned.
  • Strive for 100% client satisfaction, and 100% client retention.
