Sales Development Representative SDR job responsibilities include:
  • Conducting outbound lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers through cold calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Engaging and connecting with inbound leads to identify potential business opportunities, and managing them through the sales funnel.
  • Conducting research to identify prospective customers and their position in the industry, with a view to building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market activities, and sharing insights with the team to contribute to overall product development discussions.
  • Writing and delivering compelling proposals that address customer needs and highlight the unique value proposition of the company's products and services.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales activity goals and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Skills & Qualifications

Sales Development Representative SDR required skills & qualifications include:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR or in Sales Operations/Sales Ops (B2B) in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in independent prospecting, lead management, and qualification, with a track record of success in identifying and ranking leads.
  • Proven ability to overcome objections, navigate past gatekeepers, and set meetings with the right decision-makers.
  • Advanced technical skills, including the ability to comfortably manage your workflow through a sales CRM (Hubspot).
  • Previous experience in the talent acquisition and/or recruiting industry is a plus.
