Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Spark SQL, PySpark, and Python.
- Leverage AWS services to build and optimize data solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across varying experience levels.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:- 3–5 years of application development experience with AWS.
- Proven experience in data pipeline creation and implementation.
- Proficiency in Spark SQL, PySpark, Python, and AWS services.
- Familiarity with S3, MySQL, Redshift, SQL Server, Glue, and shell scripting.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science (data structures, algorithms, software design).
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and technical documentation.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Data Science principles, including feature engineering.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leadership.
