Solutions Engineer Job Responsibilities
As a Solutions Engineer with Talentcare, you will evaluate and align new client business needs with any combination of Talentcare solutions. You will be an expert in all Talentcare product sets and their subsequent client use cases, setup configurations, and best implementation practices for the long-term success of holistic recruiting efforts.

  • Identify product/functionality gaps required to deliver Talentcare solutions and collaborate with internal product and technology teams to define the necessary enhancements to support delivery.
  • Become a recognized technical expert with the internal product suite and in identifying solutions for new client relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams including sales, brand discovery, HRIS integrations, support, and operations to ensure all aspects of a proposal are addressed.
  • Develop solution workflows and solution design workflow templates to assist with Applicant Tracking System configurations.
  • Evaluate and assess client business needs to ensure alignment with Talencare service offerings.
  • Set up project plans and manage service upgrade projects and client integrations with existing integration partners
Solutions Engineer Job Qualifications
  • Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and self-starter who is able to work independently.
  • Highly skilled at applying consultative methodologies and techniques to influence solution design and solve customer pain points.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder at the C-level with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience within the recruiting or HR technology industry is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
  • 2+ years experience in project coordination or project management for both SaaS and service-based projects
  • 2 + years Identifying, testing, and managing risk to ensure timely project delivery
