Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities by leveraging personal relationships with executives in the ABA and autism therapy sectors. 
  • Research companies and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities and tailor outreach strategies accordingly. 
  • Conduct targeted, high-touch outreach to C-suite executives—primarily CEOs and COOs—to generate interest in Talentcare's solutions. 
  • Engage in data-driven and ROI focused conversations that highlight industry-specific hiring challenges and introduce Talentcare’s differentiated recruiting, screening, and employer branding capabilities. 
  • Serve as a strategic advisor during discovery conversations and manage the deal through to closure.
  • Stay current on industry M&A activity and leadership changes to uncover timely opportunities. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of success in sales, business development, or consulting leadership, with direct experience in the ABA/autism or behavioral health space. 
  • A strong, active network of industry contacts in executive roles (e.g., founders, CEOs, COOs). 
  • Proven ability to open doors and spark meaningful conversations with top-level decision-makers. 
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships that lead to deals, partnerships, or large-scale engagements. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of the unique challenges and trends in the ABA/autism services industry. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
