Responsibilities

VP, Client Executive Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship at an executive level for selected Strategic Accounts
  • Ensure that the onboarding experience for new clients is clearly communicated and
    executed, in conjunction with onboarding and other team members
  • Understand where clients are headed as a business and stay ahead of their needs to
    maintain satisfaction and client retention
  • Develop and execute account plans that create tactics for account revenue growth
  • Contribute ideas to influence product roadmaps, operational changes, education,
    training, and resource development to enhance capabilities and/or improve solution
    performance
  • Serve as a resource for data analysis and QBR review process for strategic accounts
  • Distribute, attend or present training materials and reports to your client contacts
  • Educate clients on recruitment process best practice and Talentcare solutions to help
    them meet their talent acquisition needs
  • Prepare and present materials and key learnings during monthly Executive Review
    meetings
  • Serve as a go‐to expert in all areas of Talentcare's solution set

Skills & Qualifications

VP, Client Executive Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher and 2+ years recruiting experience
  • Advanced communication skills, including presentations, negotiation, sales and consulting capabilities
  • Results-oriented problem solving skills
  • Ability to interpret reports and data to uncover trends and key insights
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptive to ambiguity
